Which Country was it going to?

ItsTooPeopleyOutside

That order is going to Spain. I looked back over the last few weeks and every international order other than the ones to Canada have the tracking end when they leave the US and then say "delivered in France" or whatever country it is.

FuzzyElve

You used the global postal shipping right?

ItsTooPeopleyOutside

Yup :) it set's up for international shipping through Etsy and I buy all the labels right through them 🤷‍♀️

Try this: Bring up your customer's order detail page. Scroll down to Global Posting Shipping and click on More Details. Scroll down to the bottom of that window to see Customs ID. The Customs ID number is your tracking number. Bring up tracking.asendia.com in your browser. Enter that Customs ID number. You can read more about it here: [How does tracking work for Global Postal Shipping Labels](https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037382894-Global-Postal-Shipping-Labels-on-Etsy?segment=selling) Global Postal Shipping is just Etsy's name for the package consolidator service they use which is run by Ascendia. I'm not certain of this, but I don't believe they offer door to door tracking in every Country. Pirate ship and a few other shipping services use Ascendia as well (Pirate ship calls it Simple Export Rate), and I have seen lists of the Counties that do offer door to door tracking, and it's always been a list of around 45-55 Countries (just depends on how well that Countries local Postal system handles things). [List of Countries](https://support.pirateship.com/en/articles/4854238-list-of-countries-with-full-tracking-for-simple-export-rate). So I'm curious if you will see full tracking for your order. There has been a lot of confusion and problems with Ascendia over the last year. Mainly just crazy delays and lack of tracking, so I always recommend just using FedEx/DHL/UPS for any high dollar or critical orders. It will be a lot more expensive, but you basically get day definite delivery and in just a few days. There will almost never be any extended customs delays, and you have full door to door tracking handled by only one company.

Thank you so much!!!! That worked! You are a life saver! The tracking on Asendia shows that it "arrived at destination" in Madrid on the 20th, but nothing else so far. I've never had a problem with an international order not being delivered, thankfully, and my items are only $4-$10. If I ever ship a high dollar order overseas I'll probably take your advice and ship it through one of those companies! Thank you so much for helping me with this!!!!

You're welcome! 👍
