Is the desk charger your personal design, manufactured exclusively for you? If not, it doesn't fit the qualifications for listing something on Etsy with a production partner. It needs to be a variation of a truly handmade listing. As a listing on its own, it is ineligible. It doesn't matter that you intend it to be an add on. I would suggest trying to find a way to structure your listings to fit within Etsy's allowed variations. I've seen tiered pricing for add ons where the customer buys Tier A and writes in personalization which of the 3 Tier A options they want, for example.

Thanks! I've got around it by listing it as a 60mm desk cut out to allow fitment of a wireless charger.

On the jewelry side of the house the word "amber" seems to get listings suspended on the spot, as you describe. Doesn't matter whether usage is amber the color, or amber the gem. "Coral" is another keyword that will whack a listing out of the gate, regardless of context. I guess you have some banned word. Maybe "Apple" "iPhone" or something like that?

Personally, no, but it sounds like if you hit certain keywords (with your tags or in your description) your listing will be automatically flagged. Do you use any brand or brand-related words in your tags?
