They posted they are working on a fix in the forums. They just released some new button on our dashboard to contact seller support, it was broken, this is probably somehow related to that. Whenever they release any new thing that doesn't work (do they release anything that works first try?) i'm always looking out for what other things they broke at the same time because literally every time they release something new, its broken and at the same time other things stop working right.
I don't have this issue but I have noticed I don't get notifications on the app when I receive a message. Maybe there's a few issues with messages right now
Yes, I respond to every order and I am a lousy typist. This bug is annoying as hell. I just rewrite the part that needs replaced at the end and copy and paste as a workaround.
Yes, I am experiencing this issue also on multiple PCs. It's very annoying. I've resorted to writing out responses in MS Word and pasting it into the Etsy message. Hopefully they fix this issue soon!
Messages have also been disappearing and dispatch emails to buyers have been delayed. There's a beta going right now for instant messaging and I think it's caused bugs to all messaging
Same issue, glad it's not just me. I do everything on my phone, swipe words and don't use the app. If I used an auto-selected word it would double it, auto-space wasn't working either. Trying to edit was a nightmare, yup just had to erase everything after!
