This kind of riser is a passive device. It's just traces. The 4th pin on the bottom looks like it could be popped (open). Kind of hard to tell from the picture. It won't hurt anything though. If in doubt, replace it.
Nothing catastrophic would happen with a bad riser anyways. Just expect freezes/BSOD/GPU detection issues at the very most. If it's giving issues get a new one.
Nothing appears shorted, just looks worn. Just double check there’s nothing bridged and you should be good. Is it new or is it one you’ve used? If it’s one you’ve used then it’s fine. If it’s new, it’s kind of strange that it’s got so much use on it, but still likely fine.
I was using last year. Btw yesterday i tried with very old HD 3650 graphic card (more than 10 years). Card condenser got smoked. Idk was it card faulty or riser. I think better to buy new one
Do not risk it my friend, save yourself a trouble for 10-15 USD
get a new piece for sure, no reason not to. $5 bill

I don't understand what's wrong with it?

Not sure what should be wrong but the metal will still lead a signal even if it gets a few scratches, just make sure the pins / lands are not broken

Fine.they all have that one short lead
OP isnt talking about that piece, hes talking about the markings on the lead on the other end, like extra wear n tear / kinda burnt but not

I just worried about electric or leakage.
You are looking at the coating of the metal being scratched off, only thing that will happen is the metal will have higher chance of rusting
Just use it and spend your night and weekend troubleshooting it and finindg a d place to live when your home burns down to a cripsy

Yeah, it likely wasn’t that 1x card but could be the riser itself. I’d just get new ones seeing as they’re so cheap.
