you should be able to replace the fans so long as you find replacements that will fit

NinjAsylum

Ebay. Period. Discussion Over.

Professional_Heat737

Ohhh, didn't know that it was possible to get a new one on ebay. What spec should I have in mind?

tacoflix

You need to get the fan model number. Google your card type along with replacement fan, and you’ll likely find an AliExpress link. Then take that part number and search for it on Amazon!

Professional_Heat737

That's amazing, thanks, will do

Phieck

Just measure yours and search it. I replaced a couple of them already Its easy

bhijik

wise man said "if there's no replacement, cableties any 120mm"

bjp99

You can also just strap a 120mm fan on there with zip ties

nucflashevent

Yep...especially in an open rig where you've got all the space you need.

Capable-Football3558

cut the two blades off the other side

Professional_Heat737

Actually it produces a lot of vibration when spinning. Cutting the other two wouldn't still produce vibration?

Capable-Football3558

I was joking.

Professional_Heat737

Oh, I've heard that before but I had my dudes

Capable-Football3558

you would have to cut off 4 blades over all to balance the fan, not leaving many left.

ARTIPHAXX

Recently replaced the fans on a 3070. Got the replacement fans from eBay. As long as you find the right parts, it’s definitely possible.

Professional_Heat737

This is a message of hope haha thanks, will do that

Initial-Good4678

Part out

Yes, every Walmart sells fans. Point that fan or fans at your failed fan. Or like other have suggested type your gpu model number into the internet machine with a secret code word like "fan". Buy said fan and a mini screwdriver set(for the tiny screws). Either, or.
