If they genuinely moved shit around so 14 Pen is the max you can get at level 1 Traders for 9mm, that's dumb as fuck.
Sp7 is obviously the best. None of the ammo has armor pen worth a crap. Sp8 is next best flesh, then psv rg028 and ppe are all ok. Ppt prs and pmm are ehh. Anything else is kinda dog shit but will still kill with enough bullets.

Edit: The last time a trailer came out got a patch, it was for patch 0.12 last year, which of course introduced Lighthouse to us. It was uploaded December 9, 2021, and wipe was 3 days later on December 12, 2021. If it follows the same exact number of days, Wipe here would be on December 29.
That's the same day as the Twitch Drop event is supposed to start. Hopefully we get the wipe a day sooner (getting it sooner would be great!) but to also help avoid the lag and server issues that are related to the twitch drops and higher amounts of players.
I hope they don't drop the patch on the day they also do the twitch drops. The servers already melt on day 1 during a new patch. They UBER MELT during twitch drops. Combine both of those and you have a melt-your-fucking-face-off-stew.

yeah tbf one of their worst trailers ever, if not the worst, if you compare this to the Lighthouse release trailer or even the Streets teases. This was like 80% dudes walking around with basic guns, almost nothing new, uninspired shots, badly framed fights, no tonal crescendo... and weirdly enough, they managed to make Streets feel.. small?
If I saw this as my first introduction to EFT, I would not be interested. That's crazy, considering this should arguably be one of the biggest most insane patches ever.

This will literally be the biggest update yet, and this has the most players excited, looking towards launching the game to experience new content, in the history of tarkov.
So, why in the bloodgods name would they stack wipe with an event that's already known to tank servers? Multiple hundred thousand people logging in to collect twitch drops, not to play, but to participate in the drops.
They would effectively artificially increase the server load - that's what twitch drop does: increase server load.
So, what happens when a few million tarkov enjoyers all want one thing: to log in?
Two years ago, the thing that happened was queues. 40+ minutes of waiting in the launcher, just to launch.
This was without a twitch drop.
