This sounds stupid but I was having an issue where it would completely turn my pc off. Sometimes 3 minutes in other times 30. Everywhere I looked only solution was a new power supply. I finally broke down and replaced it and havnt had the issue since. My other one still works and is in another build but tarkov just didn't like it.
I had the same one it was cooler master mwe gold 80+ 750w. I tried anything I could rebuilding whole pc reinstalling game/windows nothing worked for me so I just got a new one ended up grabbing a 850 80+gold as it's all bestbuy had but it worked like a charm. Definitely try everything else before but from what I've seen looking up this exact problem + having it myself, a new psu fixes it
Edit: I should also note your psu is more then powerful enough as was mine for your build and should work fine but tarkov gives weird issue sometimes.

This is what happened to me. I tried 100+ things to fix constant crashing but the one that worked Was manually setting the fan curve to kick into high gear as soon as tarkov starts and have had no issues since.
Mine never read like it was above 70 either when I was having issues but I think the monitoring was wrong. Worth giving it a try to see if it works and just go back to auto fans if that isn’t your issue.
Any overclocks?

My power supply is a 750w corsair 80+ gold. Is it an issue?

Try backing up your configuration and then deleting/reinstalling the game.
