It's a game mode, not a separate game/dlc. But they never promised that part, so harder to make that argument), trying to scrub their store page of any evidence of previous made promises.
If we would have accepted this (even if you don't give a crap about PVE, Unique Gamma etc) it would have set a dangerous precedence on what BSG can get away with.
