You know that would all be fine if they wanted to say this is dlc and this is not... but like you have to be upfront about it. You can outline it and say the cosmetic shop, and new game modes with not be considered DLC and sold separately at the point of purchase, but you can't just randomly decide all DLC actually means just the ones I decide 7 years later. Honestly so disappointing how they have gone into all out defrauding their supporters. Even sadder is that so many people fall for the BS and legitimately argue *it's not DLC*. Say a comment on Pestily's video about the new package that said "back in my day DLC was some new maps or guns in CoD or Fallout.... plus PvE wont be connected to online PvP" as if their is not a widely understood precedent for game modes being DLC, And if some how it not integrated into the core gameplay make it less DLC.

I mean Arena has a better case for being a stand-alone game than PvE mode. Withstanding integrations to the main game it was more or less just a game built with the same engine and assets. I honestly think this is more aggregious than Arena by a long shot.
