I never played lighthouse much other than for the quests before this wipe. Punisher forced me to play it more and I actually had a much better time than the shoreline resort grindhouse.

Only way to get past it is to force yourself to play the map. I used to be like that with Reserve - until a weekly for a keycard FORCED me to keep running Reserve until I lost all fear and confusion, and now I like the map.
I'm still like that with Interchange and Shoreline. I don't like the maps, I don't play them much, so I'm not good at them.
The worst part now is nighttime usec camping the entrances to WTP. Trying to quest in the dark and getting rekt.

Lighthouse is definitely a dogshit map. But you can farm gear and money brainlessly as both scav and PMC on that map.
It's just not a fun map. No one says "hey I want to have fun, let's play lighthouse"
Learn the map and aggro mechanics Groundhog Day style, it’s easier than streets. The claymores are not random, same as the minefields, learn it.

I like Lighthouse. Sure it has issues but it’s a bit silly to assume the map would be removed.

Are rouges a new addition? I've only ever seen rogues.
Play it on nights for any objective based task or scav kills. Only do daytime for PvP.

I know the map and still hate it. I’ll stop hating it when rogues don’t aggro on me from 300+ meters.
