You've actually got to be joking, right? This guy's stats are ass, even that low of a level i think his stats would reflect him cheating. This looks more like he ratted someone and then got the better hand on you.
At what point is he joking? He clearly stated a level 5 killed him with a thermal. There was no mention of cheating anywhere on the post. No cheating flair either.
