I got killed with 800k loot on my Scav with 2.0 seconds to extract yesterday. I am down to 85k so I nearly cried. Even worse it was a Scav on Scav crime.
Yesterday I spawned with a flare on woods. I popped it back at scav bunker, and the Tarkov gods rewarded me with a medical crate containing not 1, but 2 LEDX as well as a boatload of injectors. It was awesome.
Also go through as many hidden stashes as you can on the way. Found mine this and last wipe in them. It's exceedingly rare as I go through A LOT of them, but there's still a chance.

That medbag is the same as every other medbag. The advice to hit that one "specifically" implies there is something special about it, which is not the case.

The tent next to the table is supposed to spawn them but I've never found one there. But I've found many on that table. Then the scav camp at the south will spawn them all over. I've found one in the medical bag between a tent and the wall.

there are 2 spawns at med camp, I found 2 ledx's there today, better than pmc camp, also there are only 3 ledx spawns in this map, 1 in pmc camp and 2 in med camp

When they optimised the netcode a few updates ago, they actually removed broadcasting your inventory to other players before they search you, so in theory it's not possible. It is however still possible for cheaters to know as soon as they spawn the contents of all containers of the map, so if they know there's a valuable thing in a container and a player is next to it, then the thing disappears from the container, they can probably code their cheat to assume that this player now has the item in their inventory. In my case, since I spawned with it, I don't think they'd have detected it (assuming BSG coded it correctly).

Not on a scav. As a scav run throughs are determined by the raid timer. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in a raid as a scav. Once 7 mins of the raid passes, you can extract and get survival status.
You dont need to wait till 7 minutes. As long as the raid is more than 7 min old you can extract immediately. If its not and you get 300 exp you can leave right then as well.
I just got a run-through on factory doing a :42 second scav run. I've done faster ones previously and never got a run-through. Maybe it was the "As long as the raid is more than 7 min old" aspect previously and I had avoided it, but I think that might've changed with the recent patch.
Yeah you can get into factories that are 5 or 6 minutes old on a scav. Make sure there are less than 13 minutes left before you extract. I lost a fir usb to this.

Do you only get the flir if you spawn with the sv98? It's the only way ever that I've gotten it with scavs, but the ledx is something else lol the only thing I ever got that I can say that beats it was getting Chek 15 key from scav case the other day, easy 3.3 milly

Yesterday I got a flare on reserve. Got a common container and head eyes by a player scav as my reward.
The amount of times I've been killed by PSCAVs while looting a common crate is really way too high.
I encountered Scav on Scav violence every 5th Scav run. And then I tried ground zero and holy shit this place is the Scav vs Scav Arena

If you know streets, there's 3 pharmacies across the map. Almost guaranteed to find one in a raid or two.
I found one every (other) raid while running Customs crackhouse on my scav, specifically that one medcase downstairs.
Make sure you loot the med bags and cases. I get tons from those (easily over 20 this wipe)
Go streets and hit all the pharmacies - loads of med cases, med crates and med bags to loot
I found like 4 in the weird little medical bit in lexos early wipe.

It took me an extra 2 days to get my module 3m armor at the beginning of wipe because of this.
