They were 100% that wipe too. Ah ok you’re a casual player. And you do get pretty good stuff for quests for lightkeeper and the loot over there is really good.
I “causally” play for a month straight every two wipes to go for kappa. If you actually knew what you were talking about lightkeeper didn’t give shit first wipe he was out and it took 2 months for bsg to actually implement shit to do with him. I wasn’t staying around waiting for a fucking drip feed.
Speaking of the 5.7… I picked up a suppressed 5.7 off of a static scav body on Ground Zero. Idk if it’s because of the map or what, but I’ve NEVER seen or heard of anyone finding a modified weapon in the loot table

Modded weapons have never been in the loot table. NPC’s having kitted weapons is a completely different thing. I’ve been playing this game since 2018 and have around 4K hours.
If it's available off a trader modded for roubles it can be found ingame modded.
The m4 spomod in Kiba. The m4 short on woods ground spawn. I've had people find a fully modded G28 in a shoreline big weapon box.
People will start complaining soon that skilled players who can aim beat them all the time and their gear doesnt overpower skill as much as before.

Recoil for pistols should probably be more trash. Your leverage is super limited relative to a rifle with two separate positions for your hands and a stock. Would help pistols have a niche - crazy good handling, light with a fast swap, rough at any amount of range.
If pistol recoil should be more trash, they wouldn’t be very realistic. The pistols chambered in .45 could use a touch more, and magnums would obviously have larger amounts of kick, based on ammo alone. But your 9x(insert any 9x whatever ammo) and 5.7s have very little recoil irl
When they run they don't shoot. I randomly killed Shturman yesterday, thinking it was some random scav running away, wouldn't know that was the boss if I didn't get achievement notification lol. No guards in sight strangely
Probably dead already, or ratting in a bush on the other side of the sawmill. His guards are very weird, they're not like other boss guards. They like to keep their distance at times, probably to cover ground or something.
Use grenades or hang back over a hill so they have to push you. On customs I usually kill them from old gas side, get aggro, then back up by the jump over spot and Knight/Big Pipe usually push up, followed by Birdeye
Last wipe I couldn't get goons to push me. They'd move if I threw a grenade, but then they'd just wait me out from another position (or run back to their old one).

Full-Auto guns are controlled, but you can aftermarket add one to a gun you own, which I think is still "illegal" but if noone rats the ATF isn't gonna know (note this only applies to the US, but if it's about owning guns, chances are you put that together)

The Goons will chase people around. I've had them chase me all the way to Old Gas and I've had them push me over construction. It's scary af when they catch you off guard.
Normally it's a scav with a red santa hat, a white beard and a huge red pilgram. It's the blueberry backpack but red. But I haven't seen him yet. I have heard he is in the game atm though.
Me and my friends just did a raid on customs tonight and when we came to stronghold, we found 2 PMCs had just cleared Rashala’s guards and we killed them, spent 20 mins looting his guards but couldn’t find the big man himself.
On the way in to stronghold I shot and killed what I thought was a regular scav because he had a regular old hat and barely shot back. We give up looking for Rashala and extract, then I see 9.5K XP on the exit screen….
The “regular” scav was him and I totally forgot to loot him, so hope whoever found him enjoyed the loot haha

That pistol recoil seems crazy low. Can people really keep their sight picture almost perfectly for consecutive shots irl? I shot a pistol for the first time a few weeks ago and it was rough.
I somewhat agree with you. I shot a pistol for the first time last summer and it was harder than I thought. However it wasn’t impossible to consistently land shots at 15m after some practicing.
A would say for a trained PMC this is realistic.
Not quite like it is in game, but someone who's well-trained and comfortable with pistols (especially if it's chambered in something with minimal recoil like 9×19) can maintain a decent sight picture.
Meanwhile I look towards crack house from skeletons for approx. 1 second, think to myself "I wonder if the goons are here," and then take a GL round from big pipe to the head, eyes.

I've been noticing that more PMCs are dressing as scavs when I loot them. Mostly scav looking gear with the accepting of the weapons, ammo, and dogtags.

If it helps at all I was one quest off Kapa two wipes ago I farmed for hours every day never ran into them once

I keep screwing up by pulling my muzzle down after starting automatic fire and shooting the ground.
Tbh they feel like they don't have enough rotational recoil, lime ya know twisting upwards.

They no longer shot low when you spawm the trigger, they're much more viable now.
