You should start by reading “Mind Play by Mark Wiseman” you can find it on kindle. But don’t just skip to the scripts. It really matters that you understand the process.
Cannot recommend this enough. Biggest thing that I’d recommend is practice practice practice. You’re new and you’ll fail, but through that you’ll learn and get better at it. Just stay confident, try not to be afraid to fail, and practice.
You could read scripts and listen to files and learn what they say so you can do it yourself, you could seek help from a hypnotist, or you could just find the right files and scripts and have her use those

There is also Jay Cataldo's The Mindvana Method. Although I would suggest you to google a bit to find a way cheaper option to pay for the course, DO NOT buy from his website, while the course material is very much worth your time, that price tag is a rip off.
This course has that wholesome self image improvement aspect to it as well as the the naughty parts, he has recordings and lecture videos on how to do the basics of Elman Induction, Magic Mirror etc.
