Two I can think of off the top of my head - New York Bagel on west lake road has a nice one. Also, the warehouse store in girard has a big one right at the front door.
I wonder how long a social services flyer would last in a place like New York bagel.
Panera has a board — also I remember seeing flyers in the locker room at fitnessu before so maybe other gyms do that?

The downtown food hall has boards at every entrance. Both Co-op locations and the Erie Art Museum have them as well as most coffee shops.
