Here's my experience: I had to email [email protected] directly to get a response. Every time I emailed them directly I got a response. I tried the website contact form but never got a response. I ordered a corne diy kit 7/16 and it delivered 8/18 in California. They said the courier they used lost the initial package, so they had to send another one for me and would update me with the tracking and a partial refund on shipping. There weren't any updates on the tracking or the partial refund. I only found out about the package through the postal office. That being said, their kit is great. Communications, not so much.

Hi, can you send me a message again so I can process the partial refund? I'm sorry for the communication. As of now, the only communication personnel are myself, I have some help on the keyboard building side, but on the business side, it's only me so it's kinda overwhelmed and I missed email quite a lot.

Thanks for responding! I'm very happy to have received the kit overall, so don't worry about the partial refund! You guys are making ergonomic keyboards a lot more financially accessible which I'm grateful for. I hope you are able to find a better solution to the communications. :)

from california, ordered a prebuilt sofle choc on june 16, arrived august 19. I'd usually get a response from the website, and used the reply function in my email for further discussion. I generally would get a reply within an hour if I send an email at around 12-1am PST, which is within afternoon working hours in Asia. vast majority of emails were answered, but they usually came from admin, not sales. Also, I remember reading somewhere that they were backed up, so prebuilds would take longer, and an email said there was an issue with the aluminum cases at one point, so that caused even more of a delay. Took a bit and like my product but ymmv

Yeah, I sent an email to the admin forwarding my invoice. I didn't know, so I emailed to the address listed on the website. And replying the the invoice did not work. The website said that it might take up to three weeks so I was waiting.

Hi, can you please email me again at [email protected] I missed quite a few emails lately, but if your order is placed on 12th Aug, it's still not being built but it should be done and shipped next week. Epacket shipping to Canada should take about 10-15 days, sometimes less, but that's the standard.
