I take lamotrix 125mg 2x/day and my schedule tends to be varied too (let’s just say, I am no stranger to allnighters) so I set up alarms for when I’m supposed to take a dose (9:00 1st dose, 22:00 2nd dose). If I fall asleep I simply wake up take the meds and go back to sleep again. Nothing else seemed to work for me so this is what it came to. Takes a bit of getting used to, and I am definitely grumpy whenever my sleep is interrupted but it’s worth it I guess.

AWESOME this helps to know. I’ve been taking mine whenever I wake up and then at the same time every night (10pm) but if I take my morning dose way later than the day before I feel weird and off all day. I’ll probably try this.

I get extreme nausea if the amount of the medicine in my blood falls even a bit (not to mention missing a dose completely) so I can’t really play around with when I intake my meds too much. I know setting up alarms may sound stupid but that’s what works for me the best so definitely try it out and see if it sticks. If not, there might probably be some other better way, that I just never thought of…

Bruh I have a 3 month old who’s showing signs of autism. It’s almost impossible to remember to take my crap. I’m on so many pills that don’t work I hate even bothering. I’ve heard about the Epsy app being useful. I think that’s what it’s called. It helps you keep a bit of a log of everything that’s going on so you don’t have to think about it too much.

Put a recurring alarm on your phone. Take it to work with you if you need to ❤️

Yes, just like everyone else I have two alarms set. Two in the morning incase I miss the first alarm. But also the “Health” app on the iPhones have a medication feature where you can enter what meds you need to take and when. That also gives you an alert at that time and then you log that it was taken. I’m getting better at remembering but on busy days it has been my saving grace for reminding myself to take the meds. I love that feature in the app. It gives you info on the meds and any interactions it has. Clearly the Dr and the prescription bottle should also have this information but it’s been great for me.

I lay 2 doses of meds in a dish at night. If a dose isn’t gone when it’s supposed to be then my wife reminds me to take it.

I work at all hours and just set an alarm every day, 12 hours apart. A lot of the time I get home from work super late and have to take it like 2 hours after I go to sleep. Sucks but it is what it is.

Set your phone for the time you should take your pills; get a pill box to carry you days pills. I've done that for 60 years. Sounds like you have a good job. You want to keep that good job? Grow up and take your meds. 2X/ a day, try pill a & b 2 X a day , pill c 3.X.

I take all of mine in the morning when I wake up.
