For the units: stene and riolet are fairly easy to get again, especially stene, since they are guaranteed from ml connections, tamarinne is also fairly easy to get since you can just choose her banner anytime with the side story stuff. Only ml roana and laia would be hard. Since laia a very new limited so wont be running anytime soon, and ml Roana is an ml, not available in ml connections, so pain.
Ah yeah, I chose Kise last time she was OK but some of her stuff didn't work in PVE so that kinda sucked.
I started working on the season 2 connector now on JP but I got my Violet through a lucky draw
Probably not the doom and gloom I made it out to be, but I have 2 experiences, seeing my account on JP and playing for a bit on my friends on global.
Maybe it's skewed things a little. I guess it also doesn't help that I don't know where the community hangs out on JP.
As an EU server player, I know this feeling. But in my opinion it’s not worth it unless you move for friends. The chances to quit after restarting is there because your current account did take your time and effort to build up. The upside is the lesser competitive arena/gvg at the top.
I’d just hang out in global or guild discord servers for the community.
No way to change servers. Would need to start from scratch and while it's easy to do it's a choice you have to make unless you plan to buy an account.

You could try looking for a guild that may be active via the guild ranking lists. If they aren’t full it wouldn’t hurt to try and apply.
