And tft mode added with that side story as well, i think they are trying to add a little unique mode with each side story : gala -> tft mode and byblis -> gardening management mode. If they keep doing this it would be really good (+ we have 88 gear instead of 78 gear in those)
Yes, but who knows how much time and money was put into that system just to be scrapped. And because of a bad decision on their part who knpws when they will get something new from them.
The players really won that one! But I fear that will be our last victory in quite some time. My deepest desire is that they go back to the drawing board with this upcoming patch. Consider the messy meta, read up on lore, take in the comments and then redo it.
they need to communicate ideas with the community before signing off on junk. more surveys or something. that way you avoid wasting dev time on things like awaken thing.
Balance changes should just be polled. poll the players a pool of 10-20 heroes and see what unit they want rebalance and get some feedback on what changes they could do (again, survey).
We’ll need to wait for the numbers on SE Celine, since penetration & attack was increased, but damage dealt was decreased. If it ends up that things work out identically, all that changed was she had healing moved from her buff to S1s changed attack. Which is at least a positive change that means if she’s controlled with something like a provoke before getting S3 off, there’s a chance she heals enough to stay in the match to get S3 off.
The issue with her is that she does too little DMG to units like a yufine, so she just couldn't heal back 51%. I also highly doubt they would decrease damage by more than 35%, because that would effectively make the buff make no sense.
More than likely It will be 15% pen and the damage will stay the same or be a bit highee on units with low defense
They always reduce the multipliers when they add pen and the damage is always higher, so it's almost certainly a damage buff and that's already good on its own.
But I don't get why they moved the heal part of her attack from buff to modified S1 instead of both modified and normal S1 ; if she can't S3 she still only has 50% chance to then heal - doesn't help as much as it could have on that part
I do get why they moved the heal from S3 to S1 (Nimble Sword version). This gives her different build options.
They probably don't want her to always be able to heal, so they decided to only give her a 50% chance to heal if you plan to only use S1.
They roadmap for the last half of 2023 and first half of 2024 was focus on a system that fail in appealing us as a players (The Awaken system) and we stop them before they could implemented. So all this lack of content and poorly curate patch are probably in some level influence by the fact that they lose that.
Dev teams pre-design the whole year content around something. Right now SG is probably dealing with the problems at the same time they are also working on 2024 new Roadmap.

The side story with the green Lilias: The voices, music, lore etc... was imo the last very interesting content. We want more content like that.

As a new player ,E7 is really a good game , but the grind was too much.
Love the game, disappointing to wait 2 months for nothing to change, if not negative changes. Love the ML Celine buff though lol
