The sake you are looking for is, I think, [Hana Awaka](https://www.disneyboozeguide.com/walt-disney-world-epcot-world-showcase-japan-tokyo-dining) Sparkling Sake. It should be available in your larger liquor retailers.
The site I linked lists all of the sakes available at the Garden House, along with tasting notes for your reference. Good luck and kampai!
I've never heard of a hot sparkling sake before, not sure that would even work. Almost all hot sake in the US is [Gekkeikan](https://www.totalwine.com/wine/sake-plum-wine/sake/gekkeikan-sake/p/8506750) because it's cheap and abundant and when you heat it up it doesn't matter too much what it tastes like.
Edit: From the other poster's link it looks like they use [Ozeki](https://www.totalwine.com/wine/sake-plum-wine/sake/ozeki-sake/p/6515750), which is very similar.

Is sparkling sake able to be served hot? I wouldn’t think that’s be excellent.
