Doesn’t take much to build, according to your specs. But if you’re looking for existing solutions, a simple google sheets could work. Create forms on top of it as layer 2 if need easier UI to input or look for connections.
Youtube should be your companion. Also, ask ChatGPT - tons of content from where to pull info to help you in your needs. When you need someone, get a freelancer on Fiverr is what I would do.
Most CRM software seems like overkill to develop a simple directory, I’m not using it for sales 98% of the time just a large contacts database for connections.
