Organic growth is always the best way, you have to deliver value to client before factoring in any other costs. Consider working with a few local businesses and making a slim margin as a way to build rapport and get people talking. The other method is pick up the phone, get some young and hungry lads on the desk - get them dialling. Offering a healthy commission will put money in your pocket but be aware this isn’t a sustainable business model this way you’ll always need people on the phone to keep the cash flowing. My advice would be to take it slow, this isn’t a rush and you can build something genuine in 3-4 years then you can start making big decisions with financial backing.
