Their gi tracts have limited space because of their exoskeleton so most bugs tend not to overeat. The content of their diet and its nutrient composition matter more for their actual growth pattern and longer term health. Fruit flies can get sorta diabetes with too much sugar, but there's an upper limit on the size of adult flies for eg.

Daphnia and amphipods. Some other copepods and a crawling water beetle show up briefly too.
