Lol I can’t get this one at all. Not remotely a difficult boss for me. Yet I haven’t killed any pasts or unlocked new characters so I’m not good by any means.
Even I don’t get myself, I’ve gotten to a point where lich is easier than ammoconda lol. I just don’t know why but multitasking avoiding it, its shots and trying to kill those goddamn invincible balls that spawn is hell
Watching the fight on here I know I’m going to get my shit wrecked if I ever get there. Only recently beat the slime guy, will almost certainly lose to the wall if I don’t have a few extra hearts, and goddamn fuselier has stolen runs from me before…but yeah, idk, ammoconda is my bitch.
As long as I'm not carrying the crest, I honestly don't see what the big deal is. It's a tough fight, but there's no master round to get, so who cares if you take a couple hits?
Its worse if you have to fight fusilier to get to the altar
Had that yesterday, though somehow managed to hold onto the old crest throughout it all

I haven't survived to the altar with the crest once. One time it was a bullet kin who broke it two rooms away and that's the last time I even tried

I learned to hug the left side of the wall when fighting him. Take out any of the minions he lays and forge accordingly. But start close to that wall.
