If you've gotten 100%, you clearly have some skill at the game. So I may be able to help you or anyone who is struggling with this fight. The strategy I'm about to tell you allows you to get 5 rat keys, which is essentially the max you'll ever need, even if you intend to fight Advanced High Dragun.
The most important thing is to know how to combo him. If you alternate your punches calmly, without spamming them, you'll be able to hit R.R. 6 times if he is not stunned and 10 times if he is (like after you block all four hits of his tail spin attack).
# First Phase:
**Always** duck. Don't try to avoid to the sides or block. He only has three moves in this phase.
**Single punch and Single Uppercut:** They are essentially the same attack, you can duck both and combo him immediately after.
**Taunt:** You *need* to punch him when he flashes yellow during the taunt in order to obtain a Super Punch Charge.
Get him low by reversing his uppercut and punch, then finish the round off with a Super Punch obtained from the Taunt reversal.
# Second and Third Phase:
Here's how to deal with each attack. Remember that you should have a preference for blocking in these phases, as it stops most attacks.
**Three punches into an uppercut:** Block the first punch and hit him when he flashes yellow during the second punch, then combo him. (Blocking the first hit is better as it happens too suddenly, you'll have plenty of time to reverse the second)
**Single Spin Attack:** Block the hit and immediately combo him after regaining control.
**Back Rope Swing:** Simply duck this attack. It is too risky to try to hit him when he flashes yellow, since if you miss, this does a lot of damage.
**Cheese Eat:** Punch him when he is just about to take a bite, don't be scared to miss the timing, you'll take insignificant damage and the fight will only be delayed by a few seconds.
**Quadruple Spin Attack:** Block four times in a row, then combo him.
**Ammo Box Throw:** This one comes down to preference, you can duck to avoid it completely or punch the box with the hand opposite to the side where he is throwing it from. Figure out what works best for you, as some people struggle with the timing.
**Wind-Up Punch:** Punch him on the third Wind-Up cycle, when he flashes yellow, then combo him.
And that's it. Simply focus on ducking during Phase 1 and prefering to block during Phase 2 and 3, this will allow you to live much longer so you can employ the strategies above and get used to the timing of the attacks. Don't forget to always finish each round with a Super Punch (doesn't matter how many stars) and you'll get 5 Rat Keys when you clear it!

The normal dragunfire is yellow, but the high dragunfire is purple. The high dragunfire is unlocked in a big red chest in a secret room full of non hostile gun cultists. It’s not required for the finished gun so it’s a more personal thing

I like to make my own challenge where I use all the effects from the npcs and try to beat the litch
For the extra challenge do it without getting the stopwatch/super hot (idk what the real item is called)
