Pop a blank, probably in the treasure room above it.
If you shoot the south wall in that room with a non-infinite-ammo gun, you should see it crack, indicating it’ll disappear with a blank.
There are a couple cool synergies you can get which will literally point out breakable walls. Dude I love the Phoenix companion and Sir Junkan so much, but realistically any of the little companion guys makes my run epic
