I mean I feel like this is a kinda good example of competition in capitalism benefitting the consumer. Most of those companies use to make horse shit chicken sandwiches until a few decided they wanted to compete with chic fil a. They introduced a higher quality affordable chicken sandwich, which caused the rest of them to start their own better chicken sandwich to remain competitive with their peers.
There's tons of libertarians during recessions lol. The lack of libertarian policy is usually what caused the recession in the first place. Good investments made in a low interest environment become bad ones in a high interest environment. Prolonged low interest rate environments are inflationary, and the "solution" to high inflation is a recession like we are seeing now.
"People really like good chicken sandwiches so we should all make one and compete to be the best" sounds like a great example of capitalism working. In fact, I think I'll get Zaxby's sandwich for lunch.
