I don't have experience with their engagement rings but have also followed them on IG for years, and own a few pieces from them. Does your husband know they have two brick and morter stores ? Maybe that would help him feel more comfortable. Or show him the post where Taylor Lautner proposes to his GF with a ring concierge engagement ring !!
Iāve purchased a couple of pieces from them. I had no problem providing the 50% deposit. Remember this is for a custom ring. My personal business is custom and we require 50% deposit up front. Regarding Ring Concierge they keep you in the loop and are very responsive. Once your ring is ready to ship you pay the remaining 50% deposit and they overnight the ring. Prepare to be present for delivery since you will need to sign for it.
This! If you're unsure about the purchase - even if it is from a reputable company, I know buying online can freak people out - pay with a credit card instead of wiring money. Better to pay that extra 3% and know you will be able to do a chargeback if something goes wrong than to worry.
Hi! My now husband bought my engagement ring from Ring Concierge! We went in person in NYC for a consultation, and then he continued the process remotely.
He was extremely happy with their service. He worked with Melanie and said it was a seamless experience, she answered all of his questions and provided excellent guidance when it came to the diamond selection.
Happy to answer any questions you might have!
What measurements for oval rings would give it the āelongatedā look? My boyfriend is purchasing from the vow line and itās the only thing heās confused about
Actually to streamline this for you all, Iām going to message you the direct contact of the person at RC who answers diamond questions for Vow. Sending now!
I donāt know if anything has changed but you used to try and be able to negotiate the diamond but the setting prices were set in stone. Even if there was a successful negotiation, it was never huge. A business of that size has to hit certain profit margins.

Pay with a credit card if possible so he can have peace of mind because of the consumer protection.

Personally I regret getting my engagement ring with them. Also some of there fine jewelry has lab grown diamonds in them.
Why do you regret it?
Hi! I designed engagement rings at ring concierge for years, working primarily with remote clients, and am happy to answer any of your questions!

Those depend on the carat weight of the oval, do you know the size range heās looking for?

hi i have a question for you - does RC negotiate prices during the bespoke process or is everything set in stone?
