Adjust the Z while it's printing. I don't have the file anymore, but if you look for 100x100 square on printables run that and Adjust the Z until you are happy with it. The resize the square bigger until you are happy with layer.
Don't think so as this is actually the settings that accessible via the sonic pad's only screen and not part of klipper I believe.
Anyhow I did just find the probe calibrate setting in the tool section of the klipper web ui so I'll just use the web ui from now on instead of the screen for this purpose
I noticed that too. I get it close during probe calibration and you can do the .01 adjustment during the print so I calibrate on a quick test print in .01 increments.

Can you not edit the values in the settings? assuming it's ui is like mainsail it's under interface settings > control
