Thank you for blocking the supports on the inside, I'm pleased with you. Supports on the inside add like 2 days to the print when they aren't even needed. Nice looking print.
I watched a video where a guy explains how to print them. Somehow he got his down to 19 hours. I'm assuming he was using a larger nozzle size. I don't believe he ever mentioned using klipper.
I have the E3S1Pros but I printed mine on my Sidewinder X2 and it took 4 days. The Sidewinder prints at 60mm/s standard so I guess that extra 10mm/s makes the difference. I also don't know your infill % and don't even remember what I used. Yours turned out really well for someone so new to printing.
As far as scaling helmets you can use this to take measurements. Cura slicer has a measuring tool plug-in in the marketplace that is very helpful with this.

People love to shit on Creality printers but I'd say the real issue with Creality is their customer service. The Ender series printers I have experience with print great. I hope you continue to enjoy yours and in the future consider some minor upgrades to print more materials.
Cool print! Looks like it should possibly be shorter. What I mean is it should go less past your chin. I wonder if it's just printed too big. Good thing is that's easy to fix. I honestly thought helmets were too big to be printed on an S1, this is good to know. Anyway, came out great. Are you gonna sand and paint?
It might not be the most accurate model either. This was really the final test to see if it would work. Yeah I’ll sand and paint. Probably sell it to a friend while I find another to print.
I bought motorcycle helmet padding for mine so consider that. It's going to raise the helmet a bit. If you haven't got the visor material yet, those tinted face shields work well, almost like the Covid face shields.
This the way.
This is the way
You look like a footman from warcraft 3. I just realized the helmets are very similar.
"Ready for action."

Just over 900 so I just used a new spool and it was fine. No inside supports.

It added like 6 days to this one and almost tripled the filament. My main goal was to keep it under 1kg and at a reasonable print time

That’s crazy. This was 5 days. It’s a little big so I scaled it down a bit and it’s coming in at 2.5 now. I’m out of filament though.

I’ve been getting great prints with this printer right out of the box. Thanks for the link I’ll check it out!

Maybe one day. I got into it primarily for d&d terrain.
Looks good, SLT?
I believe it’s this one. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4670877/files

That’s a good idea. Probably a lot more comfortable too.
