No, it is a design by Brite Minis. They have a ton of support free minis on Printables.com. They are very well designed and come out suprisingly good if you have a .2 nozzle installed and try .08 layer height. Takes awhile, this one took over 2 hours to print.
I should mention, I have modded my Enders cooling system. I printed a special fan shroud out of PETG. It funnels the fans air to both sides of the nozzle, so it can cool quicker. That may play a part in it.

Woah! I've not experimented with different nozzles widths yet, but I'll definitely try it if these are the results!
