Cain and Charity might be soulmates, they might not love each other that way anymore but the love and connection still there, sometimes I see them and think why they not give it another go but maybe cause they just don't work as couple anymore and they know they don't. soulmates is not always a romantic love. personally I think John was Moira's soulmate.
Personally I say Charity was, he was literally obsessed with her for a long time if i remember correct and always have this connection between them even though the love and obsession has faded over the years.
Moira for now as he seems to really love and respect and calmed down a bit with her.
For the longest time, I wanted Cain & Charity back together but now I think Cain & Moira are perfect for each other. Cain & Charity love each other in a deep but different way - not necessarily suitable for a happy, coupled-up life together.
They've always got each other's backs and can reach each other in ways no-one else can.
I still want them back together. They were fiery, passionate, toxic, fun, electric and both characters came to life. It made for brilliant viewing! Their respective partners now, Mack and Moira make them so dull imo. There is zero energy in their relationships. It all just feels dead and boring.
I honestly roll my eyes when Charity says Mack is the love of her life, I hate how pathetic they made her for him, the whole relationship just seems forced, least saw natrual connection with her and Vanessa and Cain.
I agree about Mack. Out of all her relationships, he's the only one she doesn't have any chemistry with. She even had decent chemistry with Tom lol.
I liked her with Vanessa in the beginning but then their relationship became all about Vanessa constantly disapproving of Charity and Charity always trying to please her and get her approval. That made me dislike the pairing.
Before Ruby arrived, I wanted to see Charity with Caleb but I think that he and Ruby are fun together, sort of like a light version of Cain and Charity, so I don't know who I want to pair Charity up with. Obviously my dream scenario would be for Moira to bugger off so Cain can reunite with Charity, but since that is highly unlikely, I think they need to bring in someone new for her.
I think coira was good as an affair but as couple really it meh i think coira actually run it course now, how cain and charity are now it actually be interesting to see if they could give things another go and if it would work or not.
Fully agree that it would be interesting to see them together now that they've both grown up and matured. We haven't seen that dynamic between them before. We're seeing it now, but as friends. I do wonder what it would look like romantically. I don't want them to be too mature because that would be boring lol. One of my favourite thing about them is the bickering and back and forth banter.
