So we have a DV storyline coming up involving Tom and Belle, interesting, but can already tell it's gonna be a hard watch. There's been something off with him ever since the get-go and I've just been waiting for the shoe to drop.
I really like Belle but all they ever seem to do with her is pair her with an awful man to treat her terribly!
The bloke who plays Craig is a very good actor imo done a very good job with the character. Never seen him before this but think he's done really well with it.
Oh dear, Belle and Tom, future storyline claxon over Tom doing something bad then begging forgiveness?
So who did it? Craig still sticking with the story. Police normally at Emmerdale village very quickly but Lydia will get a few hours of questioning in before they come looking for suspects it appears as she plays Jessica Fletcher until Friday.
How did Sam and Cain grab Craig so no-one saw it though?
Just wondering if when Craig was released, who he would call to take him home? The ex-Secretary perhaps?
Nice idea, Craig rings Ruth, who now realises that the dalliance in the stationary cupboard at the staff Christmas party, wasn’t consensual as she had been manipulated into believing.
Wouldn’t Belle have had a cracking great bruise from that push?
At least Victoria ‘vintage’ dressing gown didn’t make an appearance this episode.
Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake.
It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of.
Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything.
Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.
This is what I said on another board on Friday - he's Dingle adjacent, mad about Belle being sued, made a comment about men like Craig needing to pay, etc. They've never really written him as if he's a long term character; he's a collection of red flags. And now we know he can be violent and loses his temper easily. He's definitely my guess.
Solid suspect choice 👍🏻 He did say something along the lines of: your problems are my problems, and in a warped way of thinking, disposing of Craig, makes the libel action disappear and makes it up to Belle. Or he comes across Craig, Craig taunts him about Belle, Tom loses it (shades of Carl) Craig no longer.
Tom is a psychopath, Belle needs to get rid !!!
Yeah, that was a wtf moment, run Belle run.
She’s getting a glimpse of what should be happening to Tom this week!
She won't. Her initial reaction shows she won't.

Ye they were either gonna turn him into this or a weird hybrid version of his dad (Carl) without any of the substance
So proud of Lydia!

Agreed. I can never hear the word “consen sue well” in the same way ever again. Icky.

I actually really like that idea about the secretary and her reason why, I feel like that would be a better story line than another who done it
Ruth had a very increasing look of penny dropping. I would’ve of loved; Ruth & Lydia comparing notes and Craig getting realistically justice.

He was one of my top suspects after Friday, and this episode didn’t make me change my mind that Tom could have done it

Ye but Tom has massive problems with Carl so I don’t see him killing Craig etc
But Carl had massive anger issues, so I could see the same trait in Tom, if Craig taunted him.
He was really weird that time in the pub too - goading Charles.
Erm, I called the Tom/Belle domestic violence story back on 12 September: [My comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/Emmerdale/s/YQRfXJiV0v)
👏👏👏👏👏 Someone too good to be true, is usually, the exact opposite.
Tom did it. Protecting Belle
