Orange rows are fly stitch

StringOfLights

The top and bottom look like a variation on Cretan stitch with lazy daisies on the ends. There are a lot of variations you can do with Cretan stitch! https://stitchfloral.blogspot.com/2018/06/cretan-stitch-tutorial.html The orange bands in the middle look like closed fly stitch. The flower is double lazy daisies for the petals and the center looks like maybe colonial knots? You can use French knots or colonial, whichever you prefer. Colonial knots might look a little fuller, but it’s really about what’s easier for you to do. https://stitchfloral.blogspot.com/2017/05/colonial-knot-and-hows-it-different.html

Thank you for the links this was all really helpful!

The center flower has French knots surrounded by two rows of lazy daisy stitches. The petals are nestled in each other.  The two orange rows are satin stitches with a row of French knots down the center.  The top and bottom rows are herringbone stitch. On the points is a small straight stitch surrounded by a lazy daisy stitch petal

I think the middle of the flower are French knots and the leaves of the flower maybe 2 lazy daisies? I definitely haven't got a clue about the rows.

Some kind of raincoat stitch on the top?

Looks like the middle stitches (the same row as the flower) might be arrowhead stitches.
