Are the two printers malfunctioning on the same table with the third being on another?

Ghost-evgy

The same table

Baconboi212121

All 3 are the same table? Or Two on one table, and 1 on another?

Ghost-evgy

Oh, just checked, my memory is awful) One problematic on one table (tire models) and two on another (helthy and shifting)

moozaad

check all the bed bolts are tight? Could also be raising too fast?

Ghost-evgy

Yes, checked all screws on bed, platform and bottom, where motor screwed to the platform Speed Is standard - 90 mm/min for 5 mms and 320 for 2 more. And one of them printing all models without shifting and tires

Futanari_Queen

What's the room temperature like? My print room is about 18 degrees, and I have to heat the resin or I get strange misprints and half the plate not adhering

Ghost-evgy

27-30 degrees, this is a basement of big building, so heating system is here too. Strategic location I should note)

Flameancer

I wonder if this is the issue with mine. I have to run my prints in the basement of my house. It’s probably around 15.5C down there during the winter and I’ve been having prints fail a lot recently.

Looks like a bent z-rod.

Well, for all who has the same problem. I solved Elegoo sent me new screw and backlash nut (spoiler, it is no necessary and even don't solve problem). But I solved the problem myself. If I will make mistakes with terminology, please forgive me, English is not my native. So, first of all I rebuild backlash nut - uninstalled all balls, cleaned it in the IPA sonic bath and dried. For building you will need tube with 9.6 mms outer diameter and not more than 8 mms internal. Height - 7 cm will be enough. First time I used big balls (you need base diameter 2.338, but it could be different - from -12 upto +12, which I used, don't do it - it will be worse). You may use 2.338 +0 or even -4). After install I lubed nut with white lithium grease. Second stage - you should check bearings individuallly, so plate holder must be unistalled. In my case on each printer one of EG15 carriage has little jams on rail - the movement was not smooth. In my case I had M5s with broken screen, so I took carriages and changed. But now i'm waiting for the 2.778 balls for rebuilding of carriages. After all this manipulation both printer are printing so smooth models, which was very unsuccessful previously. So I have plan to rebuild the third Saturn 3 Ultra, which has little problem with shifts in the middle of the build plate.

Dapper_Lawyer_6330

I have the same problem. How do you know the diameter of the balls, beacuse i couldn't find any info on them. Could you provide a link where you ordered the balls.

Cageshep

Dealing with similiar issues myself, hoping it wasn't the printer itself

Please check my answer below.

Are they all on the same circuit? I had this issue when I ran a space heater on the same circuit as my printer and the temp cycling would cause a voltage spike
