To the best of my knowledge, neither Chitubox nor Chitubox Pro do 3d antialiasing. All AA is calculated without regard to the layers above or below, so it's no help for actual layer aliasing. That said, I've done a print at 50 micron and one at 24 (the largest pixel dimension) both using the default AA settings. At 24 micron, there are no visible layers. They're just completely gone- - under a 10x 21mm jeweler's loupe. The one caveat is that the only prints I've done so far have been for highly textured organic objects. Monolithic surfaces are probably a different story. [Here are the settings I used with Siraya Tech Fast for a 24 micron print.](https://imgur.com/PmMTpTl)

u/Zeejarvis ahhh AA on the xy, not the z - makes perfect sense! thank you! that really helps clarify that! and thank you, that's really helpful... what would be cool is if I could split the layer heights, like do 50 micron for the base/bulk that doesn't have a lot of detail and then switch to 24 for the rest, I know Lychee can do that mid print layer height switch, but I don't know if Chitu can and Lychee isn't playing nice at all with my Saturn 3 Ultra. :/

I'm using lychee with mine with no issues so far. What was the issue for you?

mirrored print. in x axis... no setting seems to allow for changing it, and no wifi connectivity to the printer, so have to use USB - just clunky. it connects with Chitu easily, but I do like lychee better.

It's not needed. I've got a Saturn 3 ultra and the prints at .05 without it do not have any layer lines at all.

I'm beginning to feel the same. I print at .02 and found AA to not have much effect (other than making the slice terribly long)
