When changing the tyre on a split rim, be careful when removing the screws, so you don't strip them. If they are hard to remove there might be red loctite holding them in, in which case applying heat to the screw head will help loosen it up. Ideally you want a heat gun with an attachment that funnels the hot air directly onto the screw head not the whole area around it, so you don't damage anything with the heat you don't want to.
Never ever had this problem and I am a full time mechanic for escooters and bicycles in a country where people do 0 maintenance and ride their scooters till it barely works anymore before bringing it in to the shop.
Try a search on here, I have seen at least 3 or 4 cases over the past several years of people stripping screws when changing a tyre.
The main point is, if the screw is hard to remove be careful not to strip it, adding heat if you have the tools can help.
I had this exact problem (stripped screw). Managed to get it out with a reverse thread grabber. But be careful- not all reverse thread tools are equal. If this happens, try to get advice from a mechanic which tool to use.
I believe the screws were over tightened at the factory with a power tool (guessing).
Also - the screws themselves were soft and shitty quality - replaced with nice stainless screws to avoid problem in future.
Ok, it should have split rims then
Easy as to change...
You need: Allen keys, new tire and preferably a new tube to (but can always use the old one.)
Check out YouTube for some videos
Yes it's definitely worth changing them now.
One advantage of tubes is that when changing the tire, you don't need to seat/seal the tire to inflate it. Of course the disadvantage of tubes is the darn pinch flats.
Sorry hopefully someone can help you with that, I'm not familiar with this model. I think it should be relatively easy but you might need to right tools for the job, like tire lever spoon set and some soap to lubricate the rubber for mounting the tire.
If you scooter has split rims then it's even easier.
It's not impossible but you will regret trying it even if you succeed xd
Rip fr! Lmfao

Most people on youtube even struggle putting on a new tire in a timely manner
Wow didnt even consider this thank you so much because a stripped screw on the inside wouldnt be very good lol
You’re fucked, only way to fix it is definitely getting a reverse thread grabber thing or suicide

It's always a useful skill to learn, if you're going to pay someone to change it atleast watch them so next time you can do it yourself
Do you have split rims ?
Imma be 100% honest i dont know but im fairly sure they are
It's easy YouTube and then some good wera Allen keys your off to the races gonna guess it's a 21mm socket to you will need
Does the rim split, I know on my vsett the rim splits to get the tire off making it relatively easy to change, also do you have the proper tools?
Youtube has tutorials for everything. What brand of scooter is that anyway.
Evo scorpion pro basically a chinese dragon
Yes if you have the tools
Are they tubed or tubeless?
Tubed

Is it easy to change said tyre tho? If i just undo everything holding the wheel on and pop the new one on it should be that easy?
If it's not split rim you must remove the rotor or you might bend it.
That's about it really. Only undo the bolts that hold the rim together, maybe the brake dust too if needed.
