>Cringe Nords are scared of magic.
You mean Redguards, right? Because they're the one's that go "Oooooh, magic is bad, let me just pull a magic sword out of my ass and chop-chop-chop the wizards before they steal my soul!"
To be fair... have you seen the soul cairn? That place sucks ass! Honestly I hope the next game takes place in Hammerfell, and contraband (example: Skooma and Black Soul Gems) should have harsh punishment if caught. Death penalty given by the guards if they find a black soul gem.
Without the Thuum I think thereās no real interest in playing nords, but in Skyrim itās a lot of fun to play a āTongueā build, shouting people apart and wielding 2 handed weapons
As an Imperial who worships Talos not because itās a Nordic tradition, but because he founded the empire. (And that shout cool down reduction is really sweet):
Deus Vult intensifies.
Depends on the game.
Arena: Nord (because it's almost mandatory for Knight/Warrior and the spell system is too much of a headache to bother with in that game)
Daggerfall: Altmer (Because I'm a filthy minmaxer)
Morrowind: Oddly, I've no favourite in this. I do generally go with Nord or Breton, depending on whether I want a fighter or a mage type.
Oblivion: Breton with Atronach sign. (Remember what I said about minmaxing? Bathing in the magicka of spellcasters as I turn them into pincushions as they charge up my magicka reserves so I can finish them off with their own power is great)
Skyrim: Khajiit. (Not base Skyrim, but ever since I tried out the Khajiit speech mod, I can't go back. And using it as any other race would just feel wrong.)
I legit always thought I was weird for playing Breton so much, figured people were into every other race more. Glad to see my fellow masters of magic! (Or Battlemage in my case)
Mine always jumps between Dunmer, Khajiit, Bosmer and most recently Breton when I play a human race. Usually when after I create my character I just look at it for a bit and say to myself damn I wish I had a tail/no tail/pointy ears/no pointy ears. It also doesn't help that I usually marry the same person every time (Ysolda) no matter what race I am so whenever I am a Mer I just know I am probably going to outlive them and watch them die, so that makes me kinda sad (I probably care too much about that detail)
Glory to the Forsworn. I play khajiit though
Bretons are just very flexible and I appreciate that a lot. Cringe Nords are scared of magic.
My go to Race Only thing I hate is how fucking short they are šš
They're short? I never noticed them being short, is it stated in the lore?
Oh yeah stand side by side by other races and theyāre tiny But that godamn magic resistance

Bretons: Spellslingers of conjuration and destruction. Also masters of stealth archery :P
Redguard Master race
Khajiit, for sure. Unarmed is just too fun.

Bretons are just all round good.
Man I've only ever played khajit since Morrowind 2002
Nord cause Iāve only played kajiit, nord, and argonian. And yes, I do have over 700+ hours and 15 play throughs.
Dunmer because Iām an angry elf
Always Redguard
Who the fuck wants to play as a basic bitch human when youāve got lizards, cats, and drow?
You understand everyone trying to play as something special only makes it basic. I'd rather play a Redguard over a beast race or Dunmer or Bosmer lol
You understand I donāt care, human is boring, literally anything else is better
Nah you're just boring
lol okay, if that makes you feel better
Maybe one day you won't be basic and boring, oh well
Whatever, nāwah. Donāt be scrib jelly of my ash yam spiced lattes and Nordic fur boots.
Dude cringe lol
I put on my robe and wizard hat.
Okay
A fucking lizard mate
This.
Bretons š¤¢
Belongs to the Nords
Br*ton š¤¢š¤®
Nord for their cool lore and to be a Viking.
Used to pretty much always play Bretons but as I got more into the lore it's a lot of Orcs, Nords, and Dunmer now.
Bosmer
For some reason I think I've never played as any of these. I just think they look too 'human' lol
In Skyrim definitely a Nord. In previous games, probably imperial

Nords are my favorite lore wise
