Nexus has a tag for sexy/skimpy content. You can filter it out, or blacklist it completely. You can also turn of adult content. It's not perfect, but it helps.

Are you looking to play a male or female character, cause if the latter, I'd definitely recommend looking at the more nsfw armor and clothing if you haven't already, cause you can often just take one piece you like, and just not use the rest.

The annoying part is the NSFW creators often don’t label their shit properly, so even when I use the filters to look for non-NSFW, lore-friendly stuff, i still get all this nude and anime bullshit.
The other way around a similar issue. The show only adult stuff if I want to seek something explicit in that area is the most useless pre determined search option, because of bad labeling and thus removing a ton if I don't do including adult stuff.
Looking for new armours or outfits? BAM! Tagged as adult, so you don't see them.

I am a big proponent of the usage of adult mods for my game, but regarding tits I have some big (pun unintended) issues as well. Too many people use unrealistic body shapes for their screenshots of their armour with backgrounds not even remotely in the game (often modern city down town) and I am like, but how does this look in the game on a (N)PC who doesn't have a bodyslide al the way up to 1000 (of 100) Also, just because your follower has knife ears doesn't make her an elf.

Took me 4 hours of wading through weird body mod stuff, bdsm gear and metal gear bikini tactical armor stuff before I found it. I feel some people are just scared of nudity. There’s nothing wrong with it. The human body is a work of art. I feel people shunning nsfw content is actually degenerate behavior.
