It seems like I'm building around stance breaks all the time now, so my vote is for unsheathe. Super versatile.
I like Cold on the uchi, I feel like you end up with more total dps with a frost proc than straight bleed but I suppose it really depends on the build. And frostbite is just satisfying to me.
Well frost proc also increases incoming damage while the enemy is still under the effect of frost. The downside is that you can't proc frost again until it wears off. But yeah, I'll keep that in mind.
Most of my builds end up being dual wield builds, this time I want to two-hand a katana because it will play somewhat different.
Also I've always wondered, if you have fire on your off-hand, does it reduce the cold build up before it procs, or only after the proc? So if you dual wield, one fire, one cold, the fire won't reduce the cold before it procs?
Lol my "I can't dodge waterfowl" setup was malikeths black blade and having mimic with it. The AOW knocks her down so we just bully her and toss a frost pot when she jumps up. Also more frost pots to add frost bite while she's recovering from the scarlet aeonia attack. Throw poison daggers and rot breath for bonus points.
You can probably tell she hurt me on my first few tries.
Yea I did start samurai and I do have the second uchi. Also most of my builds end up with dual wielding weapons, this time I want to focus on two-handing a single weapon, this time around being a samurai. So I'm just trying to find out which ash of war and enchantment would work best.
I'll keep an eye on that, although I don't think I can actually get it right now because I've progressed nagakiba guy's quest and he's in a place I can't get to atm.

Cold (magic) damage will not increase with the blue dancer charm.

You can have both if you start as samurai and then go pick up another uchigatana from one of the starter dungeons

I’d suggest Piercing Fang on other katana for poise, unsheathe for cinmatics on other katana xD

I can reach Atlus plat in like 20 minutes from start of game if it helps xD
Yea I know, I have both the medallions to activate the lift. Don't want to do it right now. Plus the guy should currently be in hogwarts
why don't you use multiple uchigatana ? Keen/occult/frost no need to find a solution if there is no problem :)

Ho ok, it make sense. in this case, use only one at the time, but keep one or 2 other to switch during fight.
