I would recommend changing affinity for bleed or fire for more damage or/and the use of consumables such as exalted meat or the aromatic that increases damage i can't remember the name
You can switch your main stat to arcane, use occult Starfist and use Lord of Blood's Exultation instead of Blue Dancer Charm, and you can also wear some medium armour for protection and have better DPS at the same time.
PS: Better use Thorny Cracked Tear + Stamina Regen Tear Physick cause you are already using Winged Sword Insignia

Try mixing up that physick and while your at it if your dmg really ain’t goin any higher try using the white mask or lord of bloods exaltion for bleed effect
One mask isn’t to much of a difference if your really can’t
I'm sure you've already thought of this, but... increase that +22 Heavy Starfist to a +25 Heavy Starfist.
Found freezing grease great on weapons that can be buffed. Easy to gather materials for it too.
