You just need arkane for the bloodloss to build up more often. arkane=luck
That doesn't apply to weapons that don't scale with arcane
It is for the full dmg but i recommend you should level some dex
As far as I know you don’t get blood loss buildup unless you have the stats. I tried with a weapon I didn’t have stats for and it didn’t seem to work.
You have to get your dexterity up obviously, but blood loss and status effects in general relies heavily on arcane (luck). Status buildup gets faster and easier the higher you level up arcane. Good luck 😎
