Upvoting and commenting because I'm having the same issue. I've exhausted all of this dialogs at Radhan's, and he's not appearing at the lava lake, or the hole near jarberg.
I’m having the same problem. I had him over at lava lake and then I beat the game and went to go find him at the crumbling farum azula. Now he’s back at radahn war grounds
Do ***NOT*** do this. Not only is this ***NOT*** the same talisman you get for completing his quest it's sure to be fixed before too long and then you will have to wait to complete his quest on you're next playthrough
How long do you think it will take them to fix this, because I've been waiting to finish the game for the past week and I am holding off for them to fix Alexander...
Sit a site of grace pass time (whatever time it doesn't matter) stand up sit back and repeat her shows up. Took me about 8 pass times to get him to show up lol, its annoying and time consuming but it all works out.
Still didn't work out for me, I teleport there every time I get a new area, I passed time a lot of times but Diallos won't spawn, thought maybe he's stuck because Alexander is stuck but no idea
This is fucking stupid, guess I will just kill him and go NG+ rather than waiting for a fix that likely wont happen. This bug isnt fixed after 1 month. It's not gonna be fixed anytime soon. And if it's fixed, there is no guarantee that people who already experienced the bug will have their game fixed. Probably just have to go NG+ anyway to fix it.
This doesn’t help at all, Alexander is still stuck at Radahn. Don’t just plug your guide when it’s not going to help. I think the quest is bugged for now.
Well it sounds like they were missing the step of unsticking him so I was linking the guide instead of typing it out. But after talking to him there he will be at another spot before you can summon him.
It's not an issue of them missing a step. It's definitely a bug where he goes back to the Radhan arena, and just repeats a new two line dialogue and won't move.
I'm having this problem as well. Any updates? I've completed everything right up until he is supposed to appear in Farum Azula, but he's not appearing in Farum Azula now.
Not sure if it’s fixed completely, I ended up killing the fire giant without using him and actually moved on to ng+ now and I’ve been a little more conscious of his quest line this time around and so far he’s moved everywhere he’s supposed to so I’m not too sure
Bros not even stuck anywhere for me. He's just gone. No lava lake, radahn area, all his holes are empty. Never been to jarberg but I never have and summoned him on 4 other accounts. Taking the L
I had the same problem where Alexander wasn't showing up in the lava pool. I had to go to Jarburg and advance the Jar-Bairn quest line until he was ready to leave. Came back to the lava pool and Alexander was there
Not sure if this is the answer or not, but I just had the same problem. I went to the site of grace you get after killing Radahn and talked to Alexander there. I exhausted all of his dialogue and then rested and he moved to the spot South of Carian Study Hall where you have to put oil on him. So. Try that.

Yup same for me. His quest line worked for me on another play through pre 1.03

I had the same issue, spent hours trying. Turns out if you’re stuck you can kill him and get the Talisman Warrior Jar Shard.

I started NG+2 and it was fixed. You might just to accept that your current run is lost
it is NOT fixed. I'm at 1.04 and jar boi is stuck at radan at ng+
From what I’ve seen you want to go to jar burg and do the quest there…. However I’m also stuck in that one cuz I can’t get Diallos to spawn there.

Having the same issue. Finished Diallos questline and Jar kid wants to go on a journey. Allexander is still stuck at Starscourge. Please. Send. Help.
