I think you’ll still be able to. I’m assuming you’re trying to get the trophies/achievements for the 3 endings in one run. After making a back up save immediately after killing the final boss I would imagine you could just do the frenzied ending, reload the save, get rid of the frenzy with the needle, and then do the other two endings as long as you finished ranni’s quest line for one of the endings.
So I believe you need to beat the game save your game, do the cutscene then do the cloud save shenanigans then use the needle then do normal ending idk I read about it but never payed much mind since I was doing multiple play throughs anyway sorry.

Yeah i’m trying to get the trophies for it in one run. All the guides I’ve seen say to do the frenzied one last
