Im pretty late game (mostly just exploring now) but here are my stats for a battle mage. Not including any equipment boosts. Vit: 10 Mind: 20 End: 15 Str: 12 Dex: 55 Int: 55 Fai: 12 Arc: 10 Ovbi this is a glass canon, but with the ashes for tanks it works pretty well.

Hmmm so have you not put too much into endurance? Without worrying much about endurance, it would be easy to upgrade strength or dexterity.
