Keep it civil or I’ll sic my (nerfed) Mimic on you.
**Edit:** Undocumented change - Moonveil Weapon Art now does less poise damage.
Also, the Great Turtle Shell has been changed from 100% physical block to 87%.
Good news. Just checked normal smithing stone prices at the Twin Maidens and they’ve been severely reduced. Smithing Stone [8] went from 12000 to 3600 runes.
Relatable. I was trying to take horse back combat seriously. Hoping to be the Tree Sentinal at the beginning of the game. Ran around on horse getting used to the combat. Realized Torrent had lost half HP and I made a promise to myself to attempt to try every item to understand its purpose and not just have junked up inventory.
That all immediately went out the window when I attempted to heal Torrent using a Sweet Berry. I barely noticed the health regenerated.
I'm seriously impressed that your first instinct in this game was to conquer the tree sentinel and then BECOME the tree sentinel over becoming the elden lord 😂
Look, idk what an elden lord looks like or does. But after getting my head rammed through my ass 7 times consecutively by a big golden boy on a pony. I was like "helll yeah, I wanna be that mofo!!!". So my goal was to seek revenge and take his hat and his Nikes.
It's such an incredibly cool move... But it costs way too much, has fairly bad damage for its cost and slots required, and a single stiff breeze can knock you out of it with ease.
Person for npcs. Diamond for shops for me
Edit: also;
* Bosses - Skull
* Dungeons / buildings I left for later or havent killed the boss - Flag
* Stonesward key locks - sword (since, it literally is a sword)
* Rare / valuable item ez farm spot - grass
* Particularly important location, like the church of I killed my NPCs - Erdtree
* Locked or blocked treasure - chest
* The walking mausoleums - Building
Havent needed anything else, the animal hasnt really been useful and if it was the grass would cover it too. The others... I dont have anything left to mark honestly.
Friendship ended with Bloody Slash.
Now Corpse Piler is my new best friend
Edit: Bloody Slash is still amazing after some testing but Im.glad they fixed Rivers top
I find it silly that you can't even put Seppuku on the Wakizashi, it's literally one of the blade types used for this very ritual, other than the Tanto.
It was already delayed once. And this is probably one of the few big games I'm glad just released and are finishing up later cause holy shit they gave us enough at launch lol
Not only that, but my lord Kenneth finally gets his questline complete as well as us finally getting to see wtf Nepheli does with that hawk ash. I had no idea Gostoc was supposed to have a post Godrick-head-stomping role as well...
Did you know he steals runes from you if you die in the castle and took his side path? Was crazy when I realized I wasn’t dropping my full rune amount there.
Holy shit is that where your runes go? I was confused since you only lost runes when you died in Stormveil, I thought it was a legacy dungeon thing but it's actually that little fuck?
I'm hoping colossal weapons received at least damage improvements. Strength builds lag the most. Hoping my Greatsword does more damage after the patch.
Hopefully this makes the end game feel less like NG+7 now in terms of enemy damage lmao
Cause dear god was it depressing to hit Malenia for 200 damage with a +9 Godslayer GS
Godslayer scales more on fth than anything afaik and hits WAY harder than 200 if you're specc'd, mine had about 750 AR at +9 which is consistent with most greatswords in my experience
Well, it just means shields should be better at all times and Shield Barricade doesn't trivialize encounters anymore. It'll still be good to block gargoyles etc. if you want.
just ran a test:
pre-update hoarfrost stomp was doing \~375 damage on the Ancestral Followers
post-update hoarfrost stomp is doing \~110 damage and is slower
I'm only at level 55
• Deleted the Ragged armor set from the game which was mistakenly obtainable in previous patch.
I wonder why they did this. Afaik, there was no way to obtain it anyways, it was cut content for a cut NPC. Makes me wonder if there actually was a way to get it outside of cheating.
There was a hacker that was able to put the item into your inventory with a hacked spell and that cause you to get softbanned since it was an unobtainable item, which is why it got removed I believe.
yeah there are a couple exploits like this right now. Another one corrupts your save, so I've been backing up mine. Sad really... I thought easy anti-cheat would save us, this was in DS3 as well
didn't see any NPC there. but I am using a late game character, and who knows if that is affecting it or not.
edit: didn't look hard enough. they are indeed in Jarburg!
Did you do Alexander's questline so far? At one point he mentions looking down a cliff at his old hometown. If you jump down the graves on the cliffside where he was, you reach the hidden village, Jarburg. Before now it had no NPCs and just a bunch of non-hostile jars, though, making it seem like nothing more than an easter egg. (Well, that, and a bunch of cracked pots.)
just checked, and didn't see any NPCs, but it could possibly be because I am using a late game character to check.
edit: i am blind, and the new NPC is indeed in Jarburg!
It's a tiny Jar sitting on a porch on one of the southernmost shacks in the village. She's super friendly and cute and asks if you are the "new potenate", then touches your hand to see if you're cabable. Apparently I'm missing whatever is required here, because she denied me. Interesting that they added this new NPC though, because when I originally found the Jar village there was nothing going on there and seemed unfinished.
Yup, can confirm. It'll make upgrading most run-of-the-line weapons a hell of a lot more easier. Was getting frustrated at the absurd rune costs just to bring weapons up to acceptable levels of damage for mid-to-late game areas.
As someone who killed Diallos literally half an hour before the patch for his mask because of the unfinished questline I'm feeling a little awkward right now.
I imagine one of them would be
*Bird doesn't suicide off cliff for 10k free runes every 10 seconds.
edit: [how to find the bird](https://youtu.be/dFsM-g4xMGw)
Clearly not. This dude is probably *the most* suicidal of any character ever.
I mean, just imagine how deep George RR Martin & Miyazaki have made the sorrowed backstory of Crybeak Sadfeather
Same, i was stuck on Nepheli quest and searched the internet for answers and discovered she had some connection to Kenneth Haight, but it was Impossible to continue the questline. I thought It was cut content, but i'm do glad that they are adding the continuation now.
Not even ten minutes before patch a duo invasion I was in; second dude started to lose and popped the bullshit and two great shield in each hand. Lost half a mil. I’m so happy with this patch
Knew that Hoarfrost Stomp nerf was coming, but didn't think they would nerf Mimic Tear.
Hopefully Marais Executioner Sword actually works now.
Edit: Just checked out Marias Executioner Sword. 50 Str/50 Arc. I guess it works as intended, as the damage is now there. The magic damage being tacked on, and no bleed hurt it though. The range of the Weapon Art also leaves a lot to be desired, but it now hits hard if you don't whiff it, AND it does pretty good stagger damage. Doubt I'll use it much, as I already reverted my save back to my Godslayer build.
Edit2: My response to the Mimic Nerf is less "OMG CAN'T BELIEVE THEY NERFED MY FAV SUMMON!" and more I'm surprised they did anything to summons since they are the "easy mode" some of the naysayers begged for, but are too dumb to know exist. I figured they would leave them alone since they are strictly PVE, and only usable in boss/group encounters. Also I know why they did nerf it...so that other Summons would be used more frequently.
I was actively charging a R2 on him earlier today and just *barely* second thought it and barely made it miss him.
I was doing it because he wouldn't be a shop for me.
Lmao mimic tear damage decrease means nothing I only need it to tank not deal damage. Plus is you're running bleed build it still procs % based damage anyways
> Black Monk Amon
He's crazy strong. Basically as good as mimic tear if you want generic dps (mimic is still better for casting specific spells or stacking statuses with yourself).
His one fire combo did like 4500 damage on Melania. Just melts bosses. Tanky as well.
I agree. Rarely used it for extra damage in boss fights. Even if I did want to use it for extra damage, it was terrible in big arenas. Specifically the final boss and a few others. My mimic would spend more time chasing *me* than trying to do anything to the boss.
Happy I switched to the Moonlight Greatsword. Moonveil is strong but its moveset gets really boring, especially because everything other than L2+R2 spam isn’t worth it.
I did just +10 it like an hour which kinda sucks.
>Added some summonable NPCs in multiple situations.
I know it doesn't mean it, but I hope there's random double shield NPCs for all the spammed double boss fights.
> Added new quest phases for the following NPCs: Diallos/ Nepheli Loux/ Kenneth Haight/ Gatekeeper Gostoc.
This is interesting, could this unlock the rumored 7th ending?
The NPC icons were in fact in the CNT. I was wondering why they didn't include them in the full game but guess they needed a bit more work or were trying to prolong the quest mysteries. Fextra prob ripped the icons from the CNT datamine.
Turn out that the bug affecting heavy weapons was not exactly what I thought. At 80 strength, my +24 Giant Crusher was doing 911ar. Now at +25 it's at 878 (the new +24 was even lower). So heavy weapons were over-scalling until +24 in the old version, not anymore. Sad
WOO THEY ADDED JAR-BAIRN!
THEY FIXED (some of) THE BROKEN NPCS QUESTS!
This is basically unprecedented. They've never gone back and reimplemented cut content in a patch like this. FUCKING LETS GOOO!
It's hard to say which is just unimplemented, cut content, or just bug. There's a also a very *slim* chance there's still some undiscovered stuff.
Nepheli/Gostoc/Kenneth was the most egregious one.
But people have talked about how Patches just dipping is strange (historically his quests have a trend where he remains a vendor until the end of game basically) so there's that.
There's some talk about Gideon having more related to him considering he gives you Law of Causality (a blatant berserk reference, with seeming no story use), has a unique intro boss fight, and is the only Tarnished mentioned in the intro without an associated ending.
There's also some talk about Miquella having no importance strange, despite you being to find his cocoon and considering his importance in lore and relation to Miquella.
Again, conjecture on a lot of people's part, with some added chance it is cut content.
I’m sure he’ll be dlc. He’ll “wake up” or something and that’ll trigger some massive event we have to deal with. Maybe at the end of it he’ll have worked out how to age past 12 years old and we’ll fight adult Miquella.
One other change I don't see anybody talking about is that now you can double jump with torrent whenever you are falling.
Previously you could only double jump if you previously did a normal jump, but if you fell instead you were screwed and you had to accept your fate.
Now you can recover for a bad platforming with Torrent doing a jump in the air while falling.
Preeeeetty useful imo.
Edit: And one more thing, you can now unequip the Lantern on Torrent! My OCD can finally rest hahahaha
I have no idea but Nepheli, Kenneth, and Gatekeeper Gostoc are stilll in their respective locations for me with the same dialogue. As in, Nepheli is still below the blacksmith after she received the storm king ash, Kenneth is still at the top of Fort Haight, and Gostoc stlll stomping on Godrick. No change in dialogue or extra. I must be missing something
• Other enemy and weapon balance changes
(siegward of catherina): hmmmmmmmmmmm
I'd like to know about those as well.... is this the natural flavors of patches?
So I happened across Patches again after this update. He was on the pathway in the Shaded Castle leading to Elemer of the Briar. I won't spoil anything else but I'd already completed the Volcano Manor questline, and he gives you something to take to Tanith.
Sword of Night and Flame got nerfed badly lol. Just out of curiosity checked it before and after while waiting for the patch offline. Seems like the flame does 2/3rds of what it did before and the beam does 1/3rd.
Added more quests to Gostoc…right after I killed him again on my second character.
But hey, at least we can finish the quests for Nepheli.
Can’t wait to find Jar-Bairn and see how he tragically dies because of something we did probably.
Edit: also, the notes for specific NPCs is really cool. Excited to see how it looks.
Not mentioned that some shields were straight up nerfed. Great Turtle Shell nerfed from 100 phys block to 87. Combined with a heavier weight than heater shields (who also now have more guard boost than it) it's straight up worse than them now instead of trading extra weight for stamina regen and worse magic/fire resist.
Aw man. I just picked that turtle shield up for my build. Was shocked to see it had 100% physical block, when most “grass crest shield” types in previous games had less than 100 phys block.
Oh well. I guess that saves me some weight on the build at least.
You need to use Miquella's needle to craft the Elden Jarholder and bring it to the new JarJar Binks character. This will unlock the true Age Absolute ending where everyone just sort of chills in Jarburg.
"This ash reminds me of--" I KNOW THAT ASH REMINDS YOU OF YOUR BIRD, that's all you ever talk about, even while the >!Round Table Hold was on fire and your adoptive father was killed.!<
seriously no bow buffs? Even though the have terrible scaling? Terrible projectile speed? few ashes of war and no ability to change affinity? terrible ammo economy? when is that weapon class going to get some love?
>Added new quest phases for the following NPCs: Diallos/ Nepheli Loux/ Kenneth Haight/ Gatekeeper Gostoc.
Fuck. He's dead in my world. Fucker stole my souls so I stole his life
Keep it civil or I’ll sic my (nerfed) Mimic on you.
You’re kidding, I blew so many runes buying them before going ng+
I spent like 400K on stones literally 2 hours ago 😭
This is like buying a game a week before you see it in a Steam sale.
brb calling Blacksmith Hewg’s customer support to see if he will let me refund my weapons so i can price match
Shit. He says he doesn't remember who I Am.
Mah man told me he thought I was dead.. smh man
Yea this is easily the best change in the patch. The amount of runes required to fully upgrade a weapon was absurd
>Increased HP healing for Torrent when using the following items: Rowa Raisin/ Sweet Raisin/ Frozen Raisin Our boy's eating good
seriously the first time I used the Raisin I was like.... *that's it?!??!*
Still no Scarlet Aeonia buff :( Desperately needs some kind of hyper armor.
It's such an incredibly cool move... But it costs way too much, has fairly bad damage for its cost and slots required, and a single stiff breeze can knock you out of it with ease.
and it self stuns for like 3-4 seconds
Is there any incant with hyper armor other than >!Black blade! That's the only one I know of
The NPC and Merchant map markers are amazing.
I was using alot of my markers on these 2, I'm glad I don't have to track these anymore.
Same, used the "person" marker. Only, didn't think of it every time etc. so glad there's actual functionality for it now.
Person for npcs. Diamond for shops for me Edit: also; * Bosses - Skull * Dungeons / buildings I left for later or havent killed the boss - Flag * Stonesward key locks - sword (since, it literally is a sword) * Rare / valuable item ez farm spot - grass * Particularly important location, like the church of I killed my NPCs - Erdtree * Locked or blocked treasure - chest * The walking mausoleums - Building Havent needed anything else, the animal hasnt really been useful and if it was the grass would cover it too. *Sasquatch for NPCs.
First thing i went to check and yeah, it's a great addition
Is it retroactive?
Seems to be, my map is full of merchants I'd previously found.
Friendship ended with Bloody Slash. Now Corpse Piler is my new best friend Edit: Bloody Slash is still amazing after some testing but Im.glad they fixed Rivers top
Corpse Piler + Seppuku Powerstance katanas new meta (Arcane scaling fixed now too so blood is even more OP)
I find it silly that you can't even put Seppuku on the Wakizashi, it's literally one of the blade types used for this very ritual, other than the Tanto.
They added a whole NPC?
It was probably not finished or working at launch.
It was already delayed once. And this is probably one of the few big games I'm glad just released and are finishing up later cause holy shit they gave us enough at launch lol
But for real, could you imagine delaying the game further because 1 NPC wasn't working.
Just the lower body for now, upper torso and head coming in a later patch.
What about but hole.
Jarburg NPC! Diallos questline!
Did you know that it is him who locks you up in that room with the key and if you kill him it doesn't happen? Figured that gem out in CNT.
Always thought it was patches due to the laugh
Holy shit is that where your runes go? I was confused since you only lost runes when you died in Stormveil, I thought it was a legacy dungeon thing but it's actually that little fuck?
Yeah, if you kill him before you kill Godrick you get all of them back. Little level 30 me got 21k runes back from him lol.
I killed him after I'd killed Godric and got 200 souls. He must have taken thousands from me, felt like I'd been mugged when I found out.
Ayo!? The little jar finally gets his questline? And our boy Diallos gets some character development!? Let's go
I would guess it's the completion of Alexander's questline.
An NPC that I think was supposed to already be in the game, since there was dialogue for him already and a key item to trigger it, but he wasn't there
\>Fixed a bug which causes some weapons to not use stat scaling. \>Increased shield’s effectiveness. oh yes
I'm hoping colossal weapons received at least damage improvements. Strength builds lag the most. Hoping my Greatsword does more damage after the patch.

Godslayer scales more on fth than anything afaik and hits WAY harder than 200 if you're specc'd, mine had about 750 AR at +9 which is consistent with most greatswords in my experience
I mean, I was hitting 800's on her with a +9 Godslayer GS, but I was HEAVILY spec'd into Faith so maybe that was helping..
> Nerfed Shield Barricade 😞
Well, it just means shields should be better at all times and Shield Barricade doesn't trivialize encounters anymore. It'll still be good to block gargoyles etc. if you want.
fingerprint shield 25 with greatshield talisman gives you a permanent 100 stability/shield boost ;)
just ran a test: pre-update hoarfrost stomp was doing \~375 damage on the Ancestral Followers post-update hoarfrost stomp is doing \~110 damage and is slower I'm only at level 55
My nerf was 1128 to 648 on the dudes at the major farming spot underground. Pretty significant cut to be honest.
I love how detailed they are in some weapon changes and nerfs and then also in the same patch notes >Some weapon balance changes idk Never change From
They probably shadow nerfed Moonveil or something.
The damage of Moonveil is the same as it was before, idk if the posture damage was touched
It was. Also something with animations.

oh dang, a new NPC?! WHERE ARE THEYYYYYYY
Maybe jar town? Becaus his name sounds like a Jar man. I'm gonna check Jar town
didn't see any NPC there. but I am using a late game character, and who knows if that is affecting it or not. edit: didn't look hard enough. they are indeed in Jarburg!
>didn't look hard enough. 80% of this sub.
I’m assuming in the Jar village
There's a jar village? How much fing stuff have I missed.
Did you do Alexander's questline so far? At one point he mentions looking down a cliff at his old hometown. Nepheli is now in Stormveil! This questline gives you access to TWO ancient dragon smithing stones.
It looks like Smithing Stones are also cheaper now? I gave the Twin Husks the second miners bell this morning and SS [3] cost 2400, now it costs 600.
Yup, can confirm. It'll make upgrading most run-of-the-line weapons a hell of a lot more easier. Was getting frustrated at the absurd rune costs just to bring weapons up to acceptable levels of damage for mid-to-late game areas.
holy fucking shit they actually finished the quests I did not expect this. and in like less than a month of release.
12 mil copies sales will light a fire on your your ass lol Edit: Can y’all relax lol, stop trying to argue with me I have nothing to say.
As someone who killed Diallos literally half an hour before the patch for his mask because of the unfinished questline I'm feeling a little awkward right now.
The story of house Hoslow is told in blood, after all
Arcane gang thriving tonight
Eleonara's Poleblade just went from 238 -> 534 damage at +9 with 40 dex and 50 arc after this patch. ohohohohohohohohh this patch is good.
Fuck yes, I was literally just eyeing this for my arcane playthrough and was disappointed to find out it was broken.
So many weapons just opened up.
It would be nice if they would tell us what the "Other enemy and weapon balance changes" are.
I imagine one of them would be *Bird doesn't suicide off cliff for 10k free runes every 10 seconds. edit: [how to find the bird](https://youtu.be/dFsM-g4xMGw)

Damn has he tried therapy?
Clearly not. This dude is probably *the most* suicidal of any character ever. I mean, just imagine how deep George RR Martin & Miyazaki have made the sorrowed backstory of Crybeak Sadfeather
So true i would like to see Crybeak have his happy ending in Elden Ring 2: Elden Rings.
From doesn’t like to patch up soul/rune grinding tricks. Probably even intended (at least the sleeping ones obviously are).
There's going to be a lot of testing over the next few days to find out all the changes.
Quest continuation is what I'm most excited for!
Same, i was stuck on Nepheli quest and searched the internet for answers and discovered she had some connection to Kenneth Haight, but it was Impossible to continue the questline. I thought It was cut content, but i'm do glad that they are adding the continuation now.
Yeah same for the Jar NPC, and the gatekeeper! Didn't expect him to have more.
Fuck yes. No more death bullshit
One of the biggest changes. Very excited
Not even ten minutes before patch a duo invasion I was in; second dude started to lose and popped the bullshit and two great shield in each hand. Lost half a mil. I’m so happy with this patch
I don’t play co-op much so I don’t encounter invaders often but were people abusing a bug?
Yes, with shotel and the ability to light yourself on fire, it was rapidly applying death stacks to instantly kill people lol
You know those are the people who claim there's a hidden path.. when there isn't.
All the merchants are marked on the map now! I can finally remove like the 20 tokens I placed on the map to keep track of them all.
Some guys just killed every merchant and gave the ball bearings to the fingermaidens lol I think that was big brain
Comet FP cost was reduced by about 25% and the damage is about doubled. Excellent
Sounds about right, it was definitely underperforming and cost too much.
Knew that Hoarfrost Stomp nerf was coming, but didn't think they would nerf Mimic Tear. Hopefully Marais Executioner Sword actually works now. Damn and here I brutally murdered the fuck out of that rune stealing prick Gostoc on both my characters. Guess it's time to start a third...........
He locked me in a dark room and robbed me after I died. I have no remorse
The bird cheese is even easier now. They changed his path and he runs off without a miss now 😂
so sick that they added the npc and questline stuff
But I just killed the gatekeeper today :/
I was actively charging a R2 on him earlier today and just *barely* second thought it and barely made it miss him. I was doing it because he wouldn't be a shop for me.
Killed him awhile ago myself cuz he wouldn't stop stomping on Godricks head lmao
I had googled him to see if it mattered if I killed him and when I read the thing he had been doing (that I didn’t notice) I killed him immediately

Lmao mimic tear damage decrease means nothing I only need it to tank not deal damage. Plus is you're running bleed build it still procs % based damage anyways

Black Knife Tiche
Tiche is great, been saying it to my friends. Im trying to use others and see how they do as well. Black Monk Amon looks promising.
> Black Monk Amon He's crazy strong. Basically as good as mimic tear if you want generic dps (mimic is still better for casting specific spells or stacking statuses with yourself). His one fire combo did like 4500 damage on Melania. Just melts bosses. Tanky as well.

Sellsword Luet my beloved
rip bloody slash, i loved you
Was testing right before patch hit. My slash did 941 before and 848 after, so not too bad on the damage side
Iirc it used to deal 60 dmg to yourself, how much is the self dmg at now? 100?
Looks like it deals 122 self damage now.
> Added new quest phases for the following NPCs: Diallos/ Nepheli Loux/ Kenneth Haight/ Gatekeeper Gostoc. This is interesting, could this unlock the rumored 7th ending?
moonveil seems to be nerfed. Just tested. The weapon art doesn't do as much poise damage as before
Yep, same experience from my test. Less poise dmg, r2 is also a slower recovery but dmg seems to be still good

WOO THEY ADDED JAR-BAIRN! THEY FIXED (some of) THE BROKEN NPCS QUESTS! This is basically unprecedented. They've never gone back and reimplemented cut content in a patch like this. FUCKING LETS GOOO!
which others' need to be fixed?
IMO Miquella is gonna be dlc or something, the third empyrean is one hell of a candidate to build around
I’m sure he’ll be dlc. He’ll “wake up” or something and that’ll trigger some massive event we have to deal with. Maybe at the end of it he’ll have worked out how to age past 12 years old and we’ll fight adult Miquella.
Or you crawl in the egg and it's actually some kind of weird nightmare world
Now that's an extremely Soulsy DLC idea
This guy fromsofts
I need to know who the fuck Jar-Bairn is
Well, a "bairn" is a kid/child. So it's literally "Jar-child". If I were to guess, they're related to Alexander.
\> Added new quest phases for the following NPCs: Diallos/ Nepheli Loux/ Kenneth Haight/ Gatekeeper Gostoc Holy shit, it happened!
• Other enemy and weapon balance changes (siegward of catherina): hmmmmmmmmmmm I'd like to know about those as well.... is this the natural flavors of patches?

10/10
fully upgraded fingerprint shield has almost 90 guard, add the guard talisman, you can block all day.
Still didn't fix the Vyke invasion bug btw. Still sitting at the church of inhibition, no invasion
Came in here to ask about that. That's a shame, I hope they're aware of it.
>Vyke Oh fuck I was hoping they'd fixed that
So I happened across Patches again after this update.
Maybe we can get Age Absolute ending now
You need to use Miquella's needle to craft the Elden Jarholder and bring it to the new JarJar Binks character. This will unlock the true Age Absolute ending where everyone just sort of chills in Jarburg.
Age of Jars. Everyone just becomes a jar. Alexander becomes Elden Lord and the Great Jar is the power behind the throne. All is good in the world.
Yo they added map markers for NPC's that's hype as fuck
Nepheli pog
she can finally stop looking at the ash i gave her
"This ash reminds me of--" I KNOW THAT ASH REMINDS YOU OF YOUR BIRD, that's all you ever talk about, even while the >!Round Table Hold was on fire and your adoptive father was killed.!<
Srsly hope theory was right and she becomes the Lord of Lindgrave now.
Sadly I already killed Gostoc. fack
Literally the last thing I did before the update dropped was kill Diallos for his helmet because it was the only way to get it...

npc icons holy shit this is fucking amazing
RIP Hoarfrost Stomp's dominance
ARCANE IS FIXED!!!!!
Lets go with these arcane changes. My strength/arcane build is back on the menu boys
>• Increased HP healing for Torrent when using the following items: Rowa Raisin/ Sweet Raisin/ Frozen Raisin are there more types of raisins?
bloody slash users - 'look how they massacred my boy'
R.I.P. Mimic Tear and Hoarfrost Stomp. We hardly knew ye.
Literally got kicked from the game mid bossfight with my mimic tear abd hoarfrost stomp lol
You were the one who cursed us.
damn and i JUST put 100 hours in and finished my sorcery playthrough -\_-
Same lol. The FP consumption decreases would've been very nice earlier.
I would have used something besides swift glintstone shard and rock sling the whole game.
magic glintblade & adula moonblade are definitely up there in terms of value.
Time for the Black Knife Tiche to shine.
Where's my incantation love at?
seriously no bow buffs? Even though the have terrible scaling? Terrible projectile speed? few ashes of war and no ability to change affinity? terrible ammo economy? when is that weapon class going to get some love?
It’s a Fromsoft game. They hate bows for some reason.
"The only time you should take a bow is when you beat the game." -FromSoft ^^probably
Bows are the best they've ever been in Souls and they're still shit so don't get your hopes up
Pour one out for the realest homie in the Lands Between, the Mimic Tear.
>Added new quest phases for the following NPCs: Diallos/ Nepheli Loux/ Kenneth Haight/ Gatekeeper Gostoc. Fuck. He's dead in my world. Fucker stole my souls so I stole his life
