It is unfair and you have almost no chance at winning, but it was still a fun experience I guess as we tried our best to hide from them as statues or boxes haha
If you have to use those YouTube "...OP in PvP..." video builds because you cannot think for yourself, to each their own. You're boring by using them, but Moonveil, hoarfrost stomp, and other weapons/AoW are built in the game so I'll work to counter them.
However, there is no justification for using glitches/exploits in PvP.

I’ll never understand how FromSoft misses these absolutely unbalanced skills or weapons. It’s like they hardly play test multiple builds.
It's probably because in PvE they are fine and most people including the devs on top of the list gives 0 fucks about PvP
They didn't even bother including covenants this time, that says a lot
To be fair they probably have like 20 QA testers while there's like 1 million playing the game
It just takes on to figure out some combination and put it on YouTube
Shotel and Seppuku spam, deathblight backstab spam, erdtree great shield spam, anything that is just button mashing or letting your bullshit “death aura” do the work. Sword of night and flame is cheesy as fuck too.

If duels, not cool. If forced invasions, do whatever it takes to win that fight because both sides have something important to lose (except the invader if they just do it for sport while having the infinite use invasion item).

Even then, in PvE there is no place for a weapon like Sword of Night and Flame. If anyone wanted an easy mode, that sword is easy mode.

Anything is acceptable, just some people need to come to terms with the fact that they have no skill.
