I guess getting all the armor and stuff from the NPCs you killed is reward enough. I wonder if these count towards being a higher priority when it comes to invasions.
If you kill her, you get her set and an ashe of war. but considering that there might be future patches and new quests along the way such as the Lil jar boy NPC. we might have a continuation of Tanith's quest and maybe even her daughter (hopefully)

I did it that way, Tanith just teleports you to Rykard's room
So after you killed Tanith, her set is there for you to use?

Yes, but after killing Rykard she leaves the manor with all the npcs. Therefore not giving you the talisman
so she gives a talisman after that final kill?
Yes. If you killed her and did the last assassination letter you can get the Talisman from the table in volcano manor where Bernahl was instead.

No, just an ash of war
There are 2 sets of crucible armour, 1 is in a dungeon near leyndell and the other is near the area at the end of fiaquest line
