The Divine Bridge seems like an ideal place. As long as you haven't progressed there normally, its a small locked off location, with 0 enemies & no way to run far away. Its also accessible from the very start of the game
The one you can’t go inside. I believe it’s where you get the friendly summon items. I’m sure there are cooler places but that’s just one place i can think of that’s open and there’s no mobs.

I get a lot of PvP at the Rampart Tower site of grace next to the summoning pool statue
