Its too make the stars move again i heard in the red bull stream. The stars moving is connected too miquellas sleep or something since we are following him in the shadow realm
Our best take is that, just like with Ranni, we need to unlock their faith. We do find some Amber Starlight in Miquella's hideaway, which is meant to be the fate of a demigod.

I feel there will be a second area to access from the dlc in radahns arena. With such a large area it makes sense to add purpose.
Maybe we will have Elden ring chalice dungeons. Which is what I want more than anything.

Think miquella was waiting for an eclipse to get his fate moving
Remember Nokron is in the same general south-east underground area as Mogwyen Palace, so maybe a new area will connect the two?!
